Form Customization

Standard Forms - we will modify any of the standard forms to fit the look and feel your firm requires. We can add new fields, create relationships between and existing field and other fields on the same form or existing forms. Copy data from fields on one form to another form when you need to create related records.

Additionally, we can customize the overall navigation system that your users interact with by renaming forms (ie change Contacts to Patients)

Form Events - We can create form events that occur when a form loads or when it is saved or when the users enters data into a field.

Form Load - these events occur when the form is first displayed to the user. This type of event is frequently used to initialize the form for use. For example, the form might connect to an external resource to reference changing data and perform calculations using the data in the record to display the latest information to the user.

Form Save - these events occur when the user saves or saves and closes the form. This type of event is frequently used to perform data validation. For example, certain field values in a record might mean that an additional field must also contain data.
